Design Build Construction was established in 1992 by industry veterans Stephen Mueller and Jack Miller, who brought with them more than three decades of combined experience in the construction field. Frustrated by the limitations they faced working for others, they set out to create a company that reflected their shared vision: delivering high-quality work with a commitment to integrity, efficiency, and exceptional service.

From the beginning, their focus was clear—offer a seamless design-build experience rooted in professionalism and client satisfaction. In 2006, Jack retired, and Steve became the sole owner of the company. Under his leadership, Design Build Construction has grown while staying true to its core values. Steve continues to build a team of like-minded professionals who share his passion for precision, value, and building long-term partnerships with clients.
