Serving Berkeley County from Goose Creek and Moncks Corner to the Berkeley County side of Summerville, Design Build Construction specializes in industrial and flex buildings, medical offices and public facilities. Our local projects include six industrial buildings on Varnfield Drive, medical facilities in Goose Creek and Carnes Crossroads, and the Goose Creek Magistrates Courthouse.
Charleston County is home to much of Design Build Construction’s work, from aerospace manufacturing facilities and headquarters buildings to schools, churches and showrooms. Based in Ladson, we bring decades of local experience and a design-build approach that takes commercial projects from the first sketch through completion.
Serving communities throughout Dorchester County, Design Build Construction specializes in commercial construction for manufacturing, industrial, municipal and other facilities. Local projects include a 100,000-square-foot manufacturing and distribution facility, a 50,000-square-foot steel fabrication plant in Ridgeville, and fire stations in Summerville and Ladson.
